Just to up date everyone on details for classes in January. The new term starts on 7th January with chair yoga in Watton and the rest of the regular classes will continue during the week. I still have a few spaces left in these classes so please get in touch if you are interested in joining.
I’m kicking off 2019 with a new 8 week programme focusing on intention – this will cover both the way we practice and how we can use this in focusing on what we want to achieve in 2019. I’m also planning some special events and mini retreats that I will be launching later on in the month. Finally I will soon be posting some videos and other content to supplement my classes – so watch this space!
My intention for the next few months is to eat and drink healthily with the aim of shedding some of the menopausal pounds that have crept on over the last couple years. I’m starting 2019 like many people by signing up to veganuary so look out for some healthy plant based recipes that I’ll be adding to the Blog and Instagram!
